To provide transparency regarding my investing content, research, opinions, positions, and the risks associated with financial markets. I believe investors should understand exactly what they are consuming when watching my content. I am committed to being transparent about what I know, what I do not know, the risks involved in investing, and the limitations of my own opinions and experiences.

Please read this before making any investment decisions based on content published through my YouTube channel, social media accounts, community platforms, newsletters, podcasts, livestreams, interviews, or any other content I create.

I am not a financial advisor

I am not a financial advisor.

Nothing I publish should be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or any other professional advice.

Everything I share is for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

You should not blindly follow my investments

One of the biggest mistakes investors make is copying someone else's portfolio without understanding the underlying thesis.

I may be willing to tolerate losses or volatility that would be completely inappropriate for another investor.

For these reasons, nobody should blindly copy my trades, positions, allocations, or investment decisions.

I can be wrong

Every investment thesis can be wrong. Every investor can be wrong. Every market cycle eventually changes.

I have made successful investments. I have also made unsuccessful investments. I have experienced significant gains and significant losses throughout my investing career.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Just because an investment worked previously does not mean it will work again.

No amount of research eliminates uncertainty. No investment is guaranteed.

Position disclosure

I may own positions in investments discussed on my platforms. These positions may include:

I may buy additional positions. I may sell positions. I may reduce positions. I may hedge positions. I may change my opinion at any time.

My interests may not align with yours.

Whenever reasonably practical, I will attempt to disclose material positions that are relevant to a discussion. However, disclosures may not always occur in real time.

Track record disclosure

I may occasionally reference past successful investments, trades, forecasts, or investment theses.

These examples should not be viewed in isolation. For every successful investment there may be investments that underperformed, failed, or resulted in losses.

Examples of successful investments are often discussed because they contain useful lessons, not because they represent every investment decision I have made.

Past successes do not guarantee future performance. No investor, analyst, creator, or market participant is correct all of the time.

Any discussion of previous gains should not be interpreted as a promise of future returns.

Conviction does not equal certainty

I often share high-conviction investment ideas.

High conviction does not mean certainty.

A thesis can be researched extensively and still be wrong. The market can remain irrational longer than expected. Timing can be wrong even when the broader thesis is correct.

Confidence should never be confused with certainty. Every investment carries risk.

My investment philosophy

My goal is not to tell people what to buy.

My goal is to share my research, observations, thought process, mistakes, lessons, and investment framework.

I focus on probabilities rather than guarantees. I focus on risk versus reward rather than certainty.

I am constantly learning, updating my views, and changing my opinions when new information becomes available.

The purpose of my content is education, discussion, and idea generation. You should develop your own investment framework and make your own decisions.

How I personally buy investments

I generally prefer building positions over time. I frequently scale into investments rather than deploying capital all at once.

I do not consistently buy exact bottoms. I do not expect perfect timing.

I often enter positions before complete confirmation and add as conviction increases.

The way I purchase investments may not be appropriate for other investors.

How I personally sell investments

I may sell investments for reasons unrelated to the investment thesis itself. These reasons may include:

A sale should not automatically be interpreted as a bearish view. A purchase should not automatically be interpreted as a bullish guarantee.

Cryptocurrency risk disclosure

Cryptocurrencies are highly speculative investments. Investing in digital assets can result in partial or total loss of capital.

Risks include:

Many cryptocurrencies fail. Some may lose nearly all of their value. Others may go to zero.

You should never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

Cryptocurrency market structure risks

Digital asset markets operate differently from traditional financial markets. Additional risks include:

These risks can emerge suddenly and result in significant losses.

Treasury company risk disclosure

I may discuss publicly traded companies that hold Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, or other digital assets as part of their corporate treasury strategy.

Investing in a treasury company is not the same as owning the underlying asset directly. Treasury companies may trade at significant premiums or discounts to the value of their underlying assets.

Risks include:

Even if the underlying asset appreciates, the treasury company may underperform or decline in value.

Equity market risk disclosure

Stocks carry risk. Even high-quality companies can experience:

Individual securities can experience substantial declines in value. Some companies ultimately fail.

Leverage & derivatives disclosure

I occasionally discuss leverage, margin, futures, options, perpetual contracts, structured products, and other advanced financial instruments.

These products are substantially riskier than traditional investing.

Losses can occur quickly. Certain products may result in losses greater than the initial investment.

Most investors underestimate the risks associated with leverage. These products are generally not appropriate for inexperienced investors.

Creator coin & community asset disclosure

From time to time, I may discuss creator coins, social tokens, community assets, meme coins, or other digital assets associated with individuals, brands, or communities.

These assets are often highly speculative. Their value may be influenced by:

These assets may experience extreme volatility and may lose substantial value or become worthless.

I may own, purchase, sell, receive, earn, or otherwise have exposure to such assets. My interests may not align with yours.

Private investment disclosure

I may invest in private companies, venture funds, startup equity, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), and other private investment opportunities.

Private investments often involve:

Most startups fail. Many private investments generate little or no return.

The existence of a private investment should never be interpreted as a recommendation.

Social media timing disclosure

Financial markets change rapidly.

Content reflects my views at the time it was created. Videos, clips, tweets, posts, screenshots, livestreams, and short-form content may continue circulating months or years after publication.

My views, positions, and portfolio allocations may have changed significantly since the original content was released.

Old content should not be interpreted as a current recommendation. Always consider the publication date of any content before making financial decisions.

Transparency commitment

I do not want people blindly following my trades. I do not want people investing solely because I am investing. I do not want people confusing confidence with certainty.

My goal is to share how I think, not tell people what to do.

I will continue to make mistakes. I will continue to change my mind. I will continue learning.

If you choose to follow my content, understand that you are following a person sharing ideas and opinions, not a fiduciary acting on your behalf.

Final reminder

You should assume that any investment discussed on my platforms can lose money.

Some investments may decline by 50%. Some may decline by 90%. Some may go to zero.

Before making any investment decision, ask yourself:

If the answer to any of these questions is no, conduct additional research before investing.

The responsibility for every investment decision ultimately belongs to the investor.

By consuming my content, you acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at your own risk.
